SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

  • Easy and convenient, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all US orders over $100* (USD).
  • For all other orders, Priority Mail Ships 2-3 Business at a flat rate of $7.
  • Priority Express is calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Canadian customers are charged a flat rate of $15 (USD). Free shipping is provided on orders over $150 (USD)*.
  • AUS/NZ customers are charged a flat rate of $20 (USD). Free shipping is provided on orders over $150 (USD)*.
  • Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Fern|Weh Boheme if refused by the recipient at time of delivery. For more information please see below.

  • Europe:The flat rate is $25* (USD) for all parcels, excluding customs, taxes and duties imposed by the European Union. These are the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel is uncollected or rejected by the customer at collection, it will automatically void 90% of your refund to cover return expenses billed to Fern|Weh Boheme.
  • Free shipping is provided on orders over $150 (USD)*.

* Orders over $500 will incur an extra $10 USD shipping fee due the weight of the shipment.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Items are dispatched Monday through Saturday from Los Angeles, CA and will take 1-5 Business days domestically unless Express Shipping is requested.
  • International package delivery times will vary based on location and delivery type selected.
  • After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. If the package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to complete the refund so we recommend sending with tracking or via a traceable method for peace of mind.

INCORRECT ADDRESS              

  • If you have entered the wrong address, contact us by phone or email within 24 hours so we can fix it before dispatch.
  • Parcels that are misdelivered, delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer may incur costs (by USPS) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not want us to resend your parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, plus any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount (from $7.45 for domestic order, more on International.)

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL

  • We cannot guarantee that you will or won't be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient. This applies only to international customers (not US customers).
  • If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to sender, all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the full shipping cost to send to you (full amount paid by Fern|Weh Boheme, not the amount charged on your order) plus the cost of returning the parcel. In most cases, the shipping charges will negate the refund.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

  • Fern|Weh Boheme does it's best to protect your items in transit, by using protective bags, bubble wrap on jewellery and sealing openings on the satchels.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or torn, please open a case with your postal provider. We cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.
